Passion– Passion is what drives the movement of the Studio7 team. Without it, we are stagnant and lose motivation to improve.

 

Communication– Communication is everyone’s responsibility. It should be presented with grace yet direct and to the point.

 

Urgency- Prioritizing the critical necessities. This means we focus on the task at hand and work at fully finishing it on time. It brings us that much closer to completing goals and reaching new levels.

 

Self Awareness- The ability to reflect on one’s self. Taking responsibility for your own actions and knowing how to correct and praise yourself without an outside influence.

 

Professionalism– Our goal is to present our culture and skill set as professional. We strive to behave in a manner that is appropriate towards each other and our clients. We do everything with honesty and the best intentions to benefit our clients, our team, and our community.  

 

Knowledge– Education is the key to growth and success. We love sharing what we learn! If we don’t have the answer, we will find it.  

 

Creativity–Through and through we are creative, unique individuals and each one of us brings something great to the table. Apart of the creativity process is having fun!
